Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 4.5 Heard bad things cause they are back again but their Halloween party put some other frats here to shame! From a sorority perspective their new pledge class is very fun to hang out with. We like doing stuff with them cause they're laid back and funny.
