Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 3.0 I dont really know where to rank them nice guys but they rarely do anything and lost their house and a lot of members for problems in the past i mean i would pick them over fraternities with a bunch of weird guys but at the same time they just cant compare to your typical mid tier frats so i would personally place them on the top of the bottom tier fraternities or somewhere in that area with chi psi and ATO

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 4.4 Got a long way to go but these guys could definitely be a mid-topmid tier fraternity within a few years if they can get a house and get their numbers back up - Like what the people said below they have some awesome functions and such but just so rare like other fraternities have multiple events a week these guys may at times throw like one event a month if that.
