Kappa Kappa Gamma - ΚΚΓ Sorority at New York University - NYU 3.9 These girls are super sweet if you fit their “image” but pretty much just ignore anyone who falls outside of that brandy melville sized box. think of the typical popular/sorority girl and you’ll know what a kappa is, and not in a good way. However sorority girls are an endangered species, and Kappa is protecting that breed with its life. Pretty girls need a home too. Kappa maintains an image based on legacy and tradition. Their meetings focus on what's most important to the girls they involve and help members align their priorities to what will help them most in life

Kappa Kappa Gamma - ΚΚΓ Sorority at New York University - NYU 5.0 I’m rushing this fall and I really want kappa!!!!! The girls I’ve met so far at nyu who are in kappa have been SO NICE i am from the south and my mom wants me to rush lol idk if legacy helps but regardless i want to go kappa. I dropped rush but when I went through recruitment most KKG girls I talked to made it very clear they didn't want to talk to me. What kind of girls don't make a PNM feel welcome? I guess they're only nice to the "type of girls" they want. It's all about looks and instagram with them.. where's the SISTERHOOD? Most of these girls aren't even friends with each OTHER. I get ppl wanna be in KKG cuz they look pretty but that's all they have. Girls, look for a sisterhood that makes you feel like you can be YOU!!

I just got to nyu this spring and thought about rushing but honestly only wanted kappa so I plan to rush in the fall (and I have talked to a lot of other girls who are doing the same!!) Everyone I have met so far in kappa seems super sweet and like they would be great friends!
