Used to be quite a good chapter but got one bad pledge class a few years ago and started to struggle with retention. I know a lot of girls who have dropped said the girls were mean. Girls that used to be really nice to me stopped saying hi or acknowledging me when I didn’t join and I know a handful of girls that would say the same. Their last pledge class seems happy so maybe they’re on the rise, but time will tell

These are the best of the best girls! They have a great sisterhood because they just want to have fun with one another. They are super fun but work hard when needed. If you’re going through recruitment, DZ is the way to go.

Struggled with retention which affected their chapter as a whole. Have some very very sweet members who are passionate about their chapter and the philanthropy but also have some members who are kinda mean on first meeting, which can also have a negative impact on their image overall. They are still active in everything like greek week, homecoming, etc, just need a little more time to regroup after losing so many members.
