What is social life like

Hi I’m considering MIT and want to know what social life is like for people in Greek life. Is it more of a house party or bar school? Do upper classmen still go to frat parties? When people go to bars in Cambridge or Boston here where do they go? Is it more of a go into Boston vibe or stay near campus vibe?
