Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Massachusetts Institute of Technology - MIT 4.7 One of the hidden gems at mit. Idk why they aren’t considered a top tier house by everyone they got great brothers who are not only chill but interesting well-put together and genuinely hot. Their parties were great and their house is rly solid. Girls know they’ll be safe around these dudes and flock to there house. 10/10
