Panhellenic sororities run a more structured formal recruitment process in the fall, while IFC chapters tend to do continuous open recruitment, which is a lot more casual — you'll meet guys at events, hang out, and go from there. NPHC and NPHC-affiliated chapters operate on their own intake process, which is separate and runs on a different timeline.

Housing is worth knowing about upfront. Most chapters at Millersville don't have dedicated Greek houses the way you'd see at larger universities.
