don't even go to school here but I'm curious - what's the theta house like?? rank/personality/etc

They are new to campus and most of them are pretty chill. They think they are really cool and high in the ranks but every other house considers them one of the bottom houses. Their house is nice since it is new but they struggled in recruitment because everyone said they were awkward in conversations. They seem to be laid back as a whole.

Theta is new here. However they have done extremely well with recruitment and becoming a new chapter as a whole. The girls are really fun and sweet to be around.

Theta was super awkward in recruitment and I loved their house but there was no way I would be able to live with those girls
