Sig Ep overrated

Why is sig ep hyped up so much?
They have the most strictly enforced dry housing policy, they literally got kicked off originally for a person from nationals finding empty beer cans on a surprise visit.
If they do get their house back (which they won’t while we’re still in college) their nationals will watch them like a hawk and force them to have a live in advisor. So the only parties they will throw will be at annexes or other frats, L
I can see them being middle tier at best but top? Be serious

With that being said sig ep still sucks at the non partying side of being a fraternity too lol

There are loopholes. Phi delts “live in advisor” is just the maintenance guy that agreed to sign some extra paperwork

Fr don’t rush them. They aren’t top tier in any way. They shouldn’t be even on the rank since they don’t have a house. You’ll have more fun in any other frat. Never rush a frat without a house or else you’re ending up paying a duck load of money for an experience similar to a club lol. They are a sinking ship recutting new pledges to bail water for a ship beyond saving
