They’re taking Sig Pi’s house. Sig Pi won’t have a house but they’re not telling their PNMs that so I’d keep that in mind

SigPI's house is not owned by their fraternity, just like Lambda Chi. Another for profit venture leasing to rich college kids' parents

My opinions on sig ep are some are alright and some are a bit weird. The thing about the housing situation for them is you won't be able to live in the house next year and you will be stuck in the dorms. Living in a house is one of the most fun aspects of being in a fraternity. Id recommend your rush somewhere that has a house.

They dont seem to care about what anyone thinks of them. Defend their Brick corner like it’s their house (kinda weird). Throw good parties and have stayed upper mid/top without a house, which is impressive.

Sigeps still on thin ice… not having their house makes it super easy for their nationals to pull the plug for any alcohol violation at an annex house. I wouldn’t join there

The way these boys act, they’ll get kicked off sooner over later. Freshman boys who want to join a frat that will be there for their full time in college should rush anywhere else.
