What’s the deal with Delta Sig

I’m a legacy to Delta Sig and I was wondering what they’re like on campus? Are they known for being nice, do they have a cool house, do they throw fun parties, are they a smart or stupid frat, etc. Basically are they decent dudes or should I not bother rushing them
