how to get dirty rushed?

So we've already established that DG dirty rushes and knows at least half their pledge class before second semester but what we haven't talked about is how a pnm can become one of those girls. What do DGs look for in pnms and how can one become dirty rushed by dg?

You have to carry pockets full of spaghetti and sleep standing up. Only allowed to wear parkas to the bar too
