The majority of my friends have been saying that FIJI has the best frat PC this year. Why is this? I just personally haven't met or seen any of them. (Not trying to be rude)

FIJI is self-ranking all over this site. Go look at the Fraternities rankings. Within minutes of FIJI having a positive ranking posted, a handful of other fraternities got slammed. A little too transparent, FIJI.

Honestly that has always been how I felt whenever I associate with either of them. If u actually think about it they are very similar.
