by: LudaDgRumor is they're trying to sell their house since they won't be a frat much longer at Miami. I thought maybe this was wrong, but did a search and sure enough they're trying to sell that house for $1,300,000. Big question is what kind of parties they'll throw as a send off this yr cashing cheks that big. That could buy lots of Claws

SigPi sux ... only fitting that they came to Miami in the 90s and dont own the house. these upstarts are all only temporary until the others come back. Ownership is king which is funny that Lambda Chi granted Chi Psi ownership of their house - dumbest mistake you can make at Miami as you can see Lambda just hopping around house after house; hey at least they can bank on living at Delts

I'd question the staying power of any frats that don't own their own property, and the alumni that aren't interested in buying the property to sustain the chapter. I mean the damn house is for sale and the chapter that lives there doesn't want to buy it?? Sigma Pi is just a party club frat and nothing more or else they'd take greater ownership in the future of their chapter vs just where the next party is. They may be toptier, but are bottom of the barrel

Yeah, but their house being sold doesn’t mean they’re going to be kicked out once the lease ends. Owning a Fraternity house is profitable. Having 30 guys live there for 4k a semester is a guaranteed quarter mil a year in revenue. After four years, you’re making cash hand over fist. That’s better returns than a lot of people can ever ask for realistically. Its possible that they’re going to be kicked out, but I wouldn’t say it’s likely.

New owner could kick them out next year. If its so profitable why doesnt the chapter buy the property to secure its future? And the listing says present revenue is $150k you're off by half

Sandbag seems bothered by those upstarts in sigma pi. I wonder which crappy house he is in. Oooh - I bet they own it though. Make sure you take the list and show it to the girls that won’t talk to you right now - maybe that will change your luck. Good news though if enough chapters get kicked off he can finally get the taste of top tier life.
