how?
by: aphiwannabI really want to be aphi. I love all the girls I meet in there and I just love the relationship they all seem to have. I feel like I could really fit in here. But the question is, how do I do it? Do I go to parties with them? Do I talk to recruitment chair? I obviously have to go through recruitment but is there something I can do to better my chance of getting in. Serious inquires only

Lol. I’m not in aphi.. but as a recruitment chair.. no. Don’t go out of your way to be friends with one group of people or they’ll think you’re social climbing, desperate, and you will definitely get made fun of. Idk how many other sororitys do this but during recruitment I literally did have a spreadsheet will all of our PNMs, facts about them, etc. You won’t be able to sweet talk a recruitment chair. Especially since in my case I was actually exempt from voting.. every chapter has different rules tho. Good luck! And as cheesy as this is, please just bring the best version of you & you’ll probably end up where you belong. If not, drop & try again.
