rank even for members

So they rank houses, they rank PNMs, and the rush chairs even rank their own members when making up bump groups and deciding who will rush or not rush a PNM. It’s kinda weird when you think that “rank” is so important and yet so arbitrary. That’s why sites like this flourish based on people trying to rise or keep their RANK.

Even members are ranked during recruitment. Not everyone will rush PNMs... you can never escape RANKS. Look at your chapter- who’s top, middle and lower tier members?!?! Where will you fall when you pledge that sorority?

This is how APhi is training by its NATIONAL! Everything and everybody in the house is ranked and its required that the current rankings are sent into NATIONAL. Life is challenging enough to put up with this BS. Vote with your feet folks and flee APhi.
