legacies

I know legacies hold different status at different chapters and I was wondering g how much it impacts your chances at a top tier house such as A Phi?

There are so many legacy situations at all the houses that I'm not sure it matters anymore to tell you the truth. We had to cut legacy people round 1 this year and all hell broke lose.
