what is theta chi like?

This site isn’t the best representation of these guys. Their actual reputation is essentially animal house. Bunch of partiers / lifters and cool guys who mix well with other top sororitys and Frats. From what I’ve heard they will have their house next year so that could be a game changer for them given the current/past situation was hazy at best but they still manage to get good PCs. Should remain top house assuming rush goes well. And for the must part all houses keep their doors open today to comply with IFC and keep an image that they still cooperate with rules regulations and what not. Overall low chance you manage to get a bid though based on previous years, good luck though!
