if your gpa is lower than house avg

If your GPA is lower than their house average, should we be worried? When do cuts happen over GPA? Someone told me that if they’re debating between 2 girls, the girl with the higher GPA gets ranked higher. True?

I'm so tired of this. First of all, most high end schools are getting rid of GPA and grades altogether. Everybody knows that GPA means nothing. Second of all, you will get into a sorority that looks are similar to yours. It's mostly about looks.
