Top 3 don't recuit as hard becuase they don't have to and will get a good pledge classes just because they are considered top teir.
Upper-Mid and Mid really recruit because they have to.
Top houses take bigger pledge classes because more drop.
If you want top- go for it.
Good Luck to all out there- the process kind of sucks if you don't know anything, Don't spread yourself too thin and don't rush too few houses- that is they way not to get a bid.
Pick 4-6 houses and spend as much time as you can there.
Go to your favorites on Day one and Day two- most bids are given by day 2
If there is one you really want start both day one and day two there.
