are phi tau and phi psi cool kids and does being off campus effect them

yeah they're cool. They basically don't have any restrictions so they can kinda do what they want. The only problem is organization since their nationals aren't involved so getting money together can get tricky and phi psi doesn't have a house rn, only annexes. Regardless of what anyone says about them, just check out whether you get along with the guys and take it from there

yeah they're cool guys, but Phi Psi doesn't have a house. They also are struggling to fill pledge classes too, since they aren't on campus
