I've heard that some of if not all of the Top/ Lower Top houses only recruit certain types of dudes. Is it true that they only accept kids that were Varsity athletes / are Jocks? And if so where should I look if that's not me?

I'd say your best bets are FIJI, Alpha Phi Alpha, and Phi Sig
