what is the frat ranks including underground frats

Underground's die a slow death. Like Sig nu the older guys will hangout with their friends in top sororities but the younger ones will be left with no sororities. They haze a lot harder because of no IFC but that means they can throw crazier parties too. Positive and negatives.

Sounds like a win-win for Phi psi. Hosting parties with no funds sounds pretty chill

If by "crazier parties" you're referring to the 6 ways that Phi Psi throws with the ON campus top houses then sure those are some of the bigger ones but tother than that no by no means do underground's in general party harder they simply don't have the funds typically
