For school! Heard that Miami is one of the worst reps for fun and Pi Phi National is super conservative, rich, WASPS who want everything perfect for order. Beautiful, fun, ok grades, but sassy, independent strong sisterhood makes them nervous. Pi Phi wil always be a top tier house, as will Theta.
