Everyone says they're on the rise or are top tier but honestly who is "top tier" at Miami and what even makes you top tier . Fraternity and sorority.

Frats: Sig pi, Theta chi, KA, Phi delt, SAE, Fiji
Sororities: Pi phi, DG, Theta, Aphi, AXO, DZ

It's been this way for years no matter who is "on the rise" or "falling" this will be the top houses unless they get kicked off

First 3 for frats and sororitys are the "top", other 3 are not quite on par tbh

Agreed with ^ top 3 (sig pi/theta chi/ka and pi phi/dg/theta) definitely rule the top overall. pretty big distinction between them and the others
