Okay my dad was a delt graduated in 1987 and he said they were by far the best But that's my dad lol Anyway he said beta Phi delt. Phi psi and sigma chi good. No sig pi. KA was horrible. Phi tau bad. SAE brand new Pike and sig ep and alpha delt middle. Snu was meat heads. He also said they had acacia and delta upsilon and ato back then. Too much information

1995. House was the Morgue then. Great house for parties. Phi Psi was top back then. KA was moving up. ATO had just closed (KA took their house). Sigma Chi had just been kicked off again (Miami tradition). Safest bet ever is for Sigma Chi to come back, then get kicked off a few years later. Phi Tau was okay. Beta was weird. Fiji had come back only a year or two before Sigma Pi started. Kappa Sig was okay. Delta Chi nice guys but weird. Pi Kappa Phi had just started.
