reasons for dropping sorority?

I've recently heard of several actives dropping their sororities (various sororitys). What are main reasons people are dropping?

Some girls just can't afford the dues... some girls don't want to pay the dues.... some girls don't want anyone to tell them what to do... some girls don't care enough... it's truly only a few from each sorority and not the majority

I can not stress enough to everyone going through rush to look for a place you fit in. Do not try to be someone your not and try to be with girls you think you want to be like. Make connections and be YOU- most people who drop were not the right fit.

Except all the girls who just dropped fit beautifully. They are seniors and both comment #1 and #2 are correct statements!
