Speaking from personall experience you can't really rank those top houses "in order" except for maybe SAE because they're class isn't quite at the same level overall as the other three. But I've found Sig Pi and Theta Chi to be pretty identical in quality of the recent classes overall, the party scene, campus rep etc. and KA as well is fun to mix with but are unfortunately looked down upon by the other two. Just my two cents! And good luck PNMs you can't go wrong with any one of these frats!
