by: guy

So, I am taking 2 Jterm classes that will get my GPA to a 2.7, currently sitting at a 2.48,just got email from IFC. Just found out these don't count. WHY DO THEY FOR SOROROTIES?

Also, what is "Informal Recruitment" and I would appreciate an honest-- not smart ass-- help.

You won't be able to participate in any school organized rush events (touring houses with the other groups if they do that this year). You'll have to go to houses you're interested in yourself as well as fill them in on your situation as they technicall can't officially give you a bid but you'd still be a part of the fraternity just considered an underground. Most fraternities don't care too much if you have to be an underground but some might. they can officially "bid/initiate" you next year once you've gotten your gpa up. But you're really gonna have to know some of the guys prior to rush now that you're missing out an the actual rush process

so does that mean I should go to the houses or not during rush week?
