sae and theta chi down to a tier of their own. Still way above Fiji phi Delt and sig ep, but not as good as Sig Pi or KA

Am I the only one that thinks sigchi could move up a tier or two in the next year or so? It is the alpha chapter... I suppose only time will tell.

And beta? I heard they won't have their house for a few more years, though
