I don't think they mean the actual ranking of bottom tier. Everyone obviously starts out on the bottom when they're new. The problem is, some of us in Panhellenic try to bring them down. While girls in my sorority have offered a "helping hand" and the whole "if you guys need anything, just ask" bs, it's usually just for the sake of saving face. We should be supporting them as a new chapter and not talking crap like plenty of girls did during recruitment

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at Miami University of Ohio - MU 4.2 Very sweet girls, I really appreciated the environment going through rush and meeting them. They just don't seem as fake as the 'top' sororities here do. I think they're really up and coming and I wish them the best!

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at Miami University of Ohio - MU 3.6 I really enjoyed getting to know some of the girls during rush, they were all nice and they seemed to have a great sisterhood! The girls I talked to were excited to have me there, and just made me feel good about everything.

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at Miami University of Ohio - MU 2.4 although they have cute pictures online, the majority of their chapter is very different and has made me uncomfortable at times. lots of juniors who never joined greek life so they are more edgy than most! maybe recruitment will change things :)
