Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 3.0 Every rank for sig ep is a self rank. The reason they say their parties are top is because they are other frats. You can’t throw a party at another frat and claim it was yours. Also, most frats have a dry housing rule but sig ep and beta are the only ones that are enforced. The original reason they got kicked out of their house was because a person from their nationals found empty beer cans on a surprise visit lmao

Every rank for sig ep is a self rank. The reason they say their parties are top is because they are other frats. You can’t throw a party at another frat and claim it was yours. Also, most frats have a dry housing rule but sig ep and beta are the only ones that are enforced. Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 3.0 The reason their parties are hyped up is because they are thrown with other frats. They have the most strict no alcohol housing policy (it’s why they got kicked off in the first place). Even if they do get their house back, which they won’t, they will only throw at annex’s and other frats. Also achirho is squatting in their house and has no plans to move out. Overall mid and overrated.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 3.9 Sig ep is on the rise. Once they get their house back it will be a complete turn of events. I've heard a lot of PNM's that i have tried to recruit are focused on them. If they get their house back, and get a good PC, they will be right back in the mix of top frat. They throw top 3 parties year in year out. The live band was one of the better parties I've been to in oxford.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 3.9 Good guys that don’t really care about much other than having fun. Lost their house last year for unknown reasons. About the only fraternity that could lost their house and still remain a top fraternity on campus. Parties still great. Some odd ones in the mix though.
