If you are rushing them for their house no that it is being leased and they won't have it next year. Probably one of the only frats who use Greek rank and if u believe any positive reviews they have u should rush them

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 4.4 They definitely continue to rise the social ladder, some other fraternities are hating on them because of that. Good guys in general and have solid fun, nothing too crazy.
