This group has unfair/unethical practices when picking pledges. Basically, it's a clique where you are not judged by character and integrity, but by unspecified random qualities. I am wondering if the leaders of the fraternity focus on the five principles devised by the university. How are pledges judged? Is it a fair system? Is there a limit on how many pledges you can take each year? Are your policies ever explained to the pledges? What is your rating system?
