100% accurate. Only change could be KD above TriDelt. 2026 may be the year they are surpassed, lots of rumblings that it’s already happened. KD’s social media last year was far superior to TriDelt and their new pink house on the row has given them a boost. They were very popular during fall rush and got a good group of pnms.
