Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at College of Charleston - CofC 3.2 These guys will never not be top level but they also will never be top. Every guy always says "oh we're coming back in august" "coming back in january" and yet here we are... still off campus... Not that they don't know how to have a good time, but to all potential pledges just make sure they're the kind of guys you're looking for
