I have met many of these guys in class and throughout campus. They are cool dudes and nice however they have a few guys here and there who think they are better than everyone else and are extremely conceeded. But overall a good fraternity.

eh. every party i’ve been to has either been dead or shut down early. guys literally leave and go to other fraternity’s parties. sub-par social life for a “top tier” frat

Guys are alright and parties get shut down by cops a lot. Overall, well known at Coastal and top tier. And of course there are some guys better than others like all fraternities.
