Maybe APhi isn't top but tbh.. if they aren't KKG most definitely isn't... Especially if they are criticizing APhis GR presence. kappa is called out accurately every year.

No one comes close to KKG, they are on this site every day posting bad ranks with them in the top and using incognito tabs to upvote them a trillion times.
