ATO KA KS AGR SN PDT BTP, and now Alpha Sig and Delta Chi, are all solid chapters who i think have arguments to be put in the top.
Pikapp Delt PhiSig Fiji ChiPhi SAE and what's left of lambda until they give up their spot, are all decent groups as well with a lot of room to grow and maybe one day move up.

Phi Delt and Beta are all that's left who are still raging like the old top fraternities before the Sig Ep killing a senators kid thing.
Pike SX SigEp KS ATO PDT AGR all used to rage b@lls up until the passed year or two and will forever be legends for what they did here.

They refounded a couple of years back. Seems like they are still experiencing some growing pains, but made a big move by getting the Big House. They definitely aren’t as highly ranked as this poster believes, but it is hard to deny that they have some momentum. I’d probably put them right under Delta Chi and Alpha Sig, with a high likelihood of moving up past them depending on how rush goes. My opinion is that they still have a decent ways to go until they are considered a top tier chapter, but they probably have the most potential out of their current peer group due to alumni backing, the Big House, and their history at Clemson.
