bid day /parents

What is the norm for parents on Bid Day? I know many schools have rules and procedures on how parents are handled but can't find anything specific in the recruitment book/documents.

usually on bid day parents aren’t there!! this is because bid day is usually on a monday (after school) so it might be different this year being on a sunday before school starts
