Some of my friends in other fraternities around have said there's an alumni of one of the different original 8 chapters at a different school just bought property on a big lot and expanding it.. he has been around the bars saying he's looking for someone to rent to eventually in the next 2 years..

The pictures they're showing already has a 4500SqFt house already, if he really is going to rent it out or maybe he just sells to a fraternity that needs a house.

Someone said he was a Kappa Sig but someone else is saying he's either a Beta or KA. Either way it's going to be a big deal if it ever happens.
