So apparently they are fighting getting the death penalty at the moment and are praying for suspension.
at this point their nationals will probably support them if they lose campus recognition but then they will be playing a very dangerous game.. even with that house and it's location it would be very difficult to survive, and they don't have as strong of a nationals as sigma chi or Pike who both failed to make it..
It's not looking good for AGR.

Their nationals have been the ones leading the charge on this. I doubt they get nationals support either.
Even after debrothering the dude's they are still probably on the chopping block.
If they end up selling the house.... That would be the next Huge move, maybe even bigger than a move on the compound or Kappa Sig's house. But I doubt they sell, probably just rent it out.

Clemson is out for blood this time.
DX got 4 years probation and they didn't even do it.
I'm hearing that if AGRs nationals go ham and gut the chapter the fraternity would be lucky to get 3 years suspension and 2 years probation or 2 years suspension and 4 years probation.
ATO is licking their chops, they'd arguably be better than they ever were with their 4 different spots with that mansion alone.

DX has not gotten their sentence yet. They got a year probation for 'hazing' and then Clemson came down hard on them for the party with the fake assault claim because they had just been given 1yr probation a month before.
Looks like they will end up with 2 years tacked on to the hazing probation but its not set yet. Nationals is on their side on this one.

If You look up Clemson fraternity and Sorority life and go to the conduct reports tab you can see exactly how long every fraternity is suspended or on probation for. SAE isn't on there for some reason and DX is on probation until January. If you want to know exactly how hard AGR gets the Axe it'll be on there when they do.

heard from one of the brothers the alumni council has reached out to other national fraternities since AGR has been zero help. SAE flat out said no but ones I'd never heard of are interested, Alpha Gamma Sigma and Alpha Delta Phi.
he said that Alpha Delta Phi does this a lot and said they took over SAE at Chapel Hill.
Seems hard to believe Clemson would allow this but might as well try something.
