ranking next years tailgate spots

1) Kappa Sig House: Best location, best house, Kappa Sig will have their choice of frats paying to be there, best selection of sorority girls
2) The Ski Lodge: SAE’s gonna be back up to their old shenanigans and living up to the houses nickname, what’s left of Pike will be there and say what you want about Beta but they pull, will be the craziest tailgate
3) White House: This is third because it’s looking like Sigma Pi and ATO are getting evicted, who knows who’s gonna take it. It’s a sick spot though so if a good frat gets it I might bump it up to #2
4) Another sick spot but questions on who’s gonna have it and how strict the landlords gonna be, could also bump up if good frats unlike Lambda Chi and Sigma Pi live there
