first they miss out on the shack, which went to beta, then they miss out on the big house, which went to Pi Kapp.... Pi. freaking. Kapp...... they already do nothing on campus ever, blanket bid geeds and are forced to pay better fraternities to party, now when they finally have a chance to break free they don't?? where are all of these rich alumni they always talk about having??? they're already pretty much mid tier guys but now idk. maybe they'll fall further.
anyone care to argue why it is they're relevant again? because they aren't at the moment and haven't been since all those fraternities were kicked off.

i mean they both already have housing its just REALLY far. Yeah they missed out big time here but I'm pretty sure theyre both considering buying some land close to campus together, thats recently been put up for sale. idk where but apparently its over 3 acres which is big enough for both to build on, so if that goes through they'd be solid for awhile. it wouldn't get done for awhile though.
