Which frats own their houses? It seems like this is key to remaining relevant. You can get kicked off but come back strong.

Kappa Sig, AGR, Pike, Sigma Chi and SAE do.

So do Delta Chi , Phi Delt and Alpha Sig through housing corporations.

Sig Ep alumni own the White House right?

Anyone else?

It doesn’t matter who owns them. The current renters of any house are always given priority to resign before anyone else would be able to (unless they cause major damage or have issues with the landlord). A general rule to follow is that if the letters aren’t permanently on the front of the house, the house isn’t owned by the chapter.

this is completely false. there is a landlord to almost every single house and it has nothing to do with staying relevant until someone gets evicted.
