Theta Chi is what happens when you add too many frats too quickly and your rush pool keeps getting smaller and you get a bunch of guys that might as well have been in TKE or Chi Psi.

the last 4 colonizations have each gotten worse

Pi Kapp - 75
Fiji - 50
Chi Phi - 35
Theta Chi - 25

why do we keep adding frats?????
