Heard a rumor that recolonization of Pike is now off. Is that true? what happened?
a lot of the guys on my hall didn't rush this fall and were planning on rushing the new Pike chapter.

the current Pikes were told they were not allowed to have anything to do with the new chapter and that caused issues between the alumni and nationals so they've put off recolonizing indefinitely or until Clemson Pike shuts down. right now they'll stay in the house as long as they have enough members to pay the rent.

Hah I go to another totally random school (UC Riverside) and peeked in here to see what's going on at Clemson. Pike got kicked off at UCR a couple years ago and they're still rushing some idiots... HQ is pissed that their four-year waiting period to recolonize is going to get pushed back.
Stupid Pikes.

Now SAEs underground chapter is even more relevant than ever if theyre allowed back this soon.
Add Pikes shack to the list of open housing. After this im sure theyre looking to sell. At the very least theyre going to lease it to another fraternity.
Pikes nationals wants to wait until this chapter is dead to recolonize.
