Great guys and pull but have to moich off of other frats for relevant events and parties. Nothing they do on their own is good.

I'm a girl and I disagree with Phi Delt's housing situation. Their irrelevant now that I have to wait over 30 minutes to even get there. Bump them to the bottom. Switch with SNU lol. KA is just as good w Phi Delt. Idk why a Phi delt came on here to rank themselves, sick of their attitudes.
