let's be real about this, ATO is the only frat that has housing and hangs with top tier girls.

AGR & KS - have great housing but the parties are full of Middle Tier girls.

KA & SN - hang with top tier girls but have no housing.

The only time AGR get someone other than a KD or Tri Delt in their mansion is when they party with SN and the only time SN parties is when they pay AGR for their house.
