ATO: tons of options to party at but they are usually careful with them so they dont píss off landlords or alumni and get evicted.

KS: their house is now the obvious best tailgate spot since the compound is pretty much dead/dying. Dudes throw down hard.

AGR: their mansion is owned by alumni who really DGAF as long as the house is kept up with, so they rage really hard.

Lower Top, switch them if you want

PDT: the compound was great while it lasted but since they have one house SP has another (barf) and some girls have one as well its up in the air. They still have their garage but they dont want to piss their landlord off.

(SX): off campus and are shrinking some in numbers and quality. The big house is still sick. Theyll keep losing prominance but it looks like theyll survive.

SN/KA: take your pick. They both mooch off of AGRs and ATOs parties since theyre both suspended most of the time and have no where to party. Decent dudes who still pull but would be a lot lower without ATO/AGR despite what theyll tell you.

Upper Mid

(PKA): hurting a little bit more than SX since they didnt have nationals support but by the time they recharter theyll have plenty of guys the old chapter has been recruiting keeping them relevant. Sick house.

BTP: also pretty big mooches but much less relevant because theyre beta. Decent dudes who pull decently on their own but not as relevant without their houses.
